From its origins in shipping and logistics, Group Delta has evolved into a diversified infrastructure-led enterprise.

The wheels to Group Delta's future set in motion with the establishment of Delta Transport Company

1993 Group's foray into civil infrastructure projects marking a diversification from the core logistics business

HML Agencies acquired, commencing full-fledged port operations from the Group headquartered in Mangalore

Worldwide Automotive Works Private Limited commenced operations in the automotive sector as an authorized dealer for European major MAN Trucks and now for Hyundai Construction Equipment.

2023 International operations commenced in the Port of Duqm, Sultanate of Oman, marking the beginning of a significant chapter in the Group's 3 decade old existence.
The year also marked the award of a 30 year concession period operating as a Terminal operator at Goa, adding yet another feather in the Group's cap.
